  7. Lost or Stolen Packages: Loro Vanno is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Loro Vanno will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

  8. Exceptions/Non-returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
